What the hell is Kulfi? Great question! For those of you who are unaware (much like I was prior to trying this flavor), Kulfi is an Indian dessert that uses cardamom, rosewater, and pistachio flavors to bring about an interesting flavor in ice cream form.
Whatever toppings they have a surplus of at the end of each night, they throw into a peanut butter base flavor, and call it a day. Things like pretzels, m&ms, heath bars, and more and blend well in this peanut butter Smörgåsbord flavor.
It's awe, and then some because it covers basically every flavor element together. Let's see, there's: salt, sweet, bitter, and spice all in a single bite
It was an unexpectedly refreshing rendition of the mango flavor. The flavor didn't taste forced or artificial, but like genuine mango, as it used actual mangos in its creation.
Well I think the best (and easiest) description I could use would be to say it tasted exactly like Reed's Ginger candy, but in ice cream form. Want a better description? I would suggest you read on then...
